tup tup, 20 days in SH.......

its officially spring in SH - asianfarang's new home...
moving to permanant home end this month - still nak carik good day to move - to bring in good vibes, luck, etc...
bila pindah, i citer pasal my new place - but i miss capehouse - the location, central world, central chidlom - but certainly done miss carik coliS and pantieS!!
miss the feeling people stop me on street and start to speak thai to me...
miss walking to mbk, siam - and lepak in starbuks next door (and teringat tempat mamba terpeleot depan starbucks), went with bavon to fashion platinum and RCA........

i think i begin to settle in - not so well - but OK
getting use to ppl that suddenly jump in front of you from no where to get into metro, ppl that try u run you over in malls and buat dek jer and people that berebut taxi and throw umbrella into the front sit to "jup" taxi!!
getting use to pay RM12-15 per meal (avarage meal) - mahal giler!!
and getting use to see naked chinese men in gym (phak cham kai - you know kan, nasi ayam hainan tu ayam rebus yang tak dak bulu kat badan) - so tak tau malu!! whats up with that???
mandi tak tutup curtain, walk around w/o towel but pegang towel - worse, mak datuk - the bush down there, really needs a trim!!
i think time winter, nak tut tut susah nak nampak, kecut and terselindung dalam belukar!

met new ppl outside work - and start to hang out and go dinner - was nice - even went to malaysian/indon reataurant in nanjing
i want to meet more people outside work - dont want to be like in BKK!
went clubbing - but dont order beer - its 2 times more expensive than BKK - baik minum chivas coke or cocktails - same price...

will start gym this week (i enroll outside gym) and chinese lesson in april
just had my mandarin test via phone today, i passed!!
so, i wont be starting beginners lesson, but intermediate mandarin class...

it's been exactly 7 months since the last posting.
2 handbags in mamba years.
enough of staring at Bavon's voucher.
AsFg has even moved to the land of the little led...I mean red book.
could it be that the FB killed the blog?

mamba just came back from the land of the rising sun. can't stop being amazed with
the toilet bowl peripheral. after 10 years since mamba's last visit, the gadget just
gets better.
is that even possible?
Tokyo ~ to mamba is the epitome of efficiency.
mamba cant stop being ovewhelmed at how Kyoto can be so modern yet traditional.
Hiroshima~ as mamba remembers, has moved on yet the memoirs of the atomic bomb is written everywhere.

Definitely a country to visit before turning 50......
